In 2019, Mykyta got a Bachelor's degree in Biology. He studied in the Department of Botany and Plant Ecology of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. 

In 2021, Mykyta got a Master's Degree in Biology. He continued to study in our Department. He defended a thesis on the research of the flora of the oak forest in the Kholodnohisrkyi District of Kharkiv City. 

Since 2024, Mykyta has been a postgraduate student of our Department. 

The topic of the PhD thesis is "Flora of Field Protection Forest Strips of Kharkiv Region (Structure and Ecological Analysis)".  Флора полезахисних лісосмуг Харківської області (структура та еколого-ценотичний аналіз)". A supervisor – Dr Yurii G. Gamulya.
